JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) -- Gov. Sean Parnell says he enjoyed participating in TV's "Top Chef."
The past two episodes, shot in Alaska last year, showed the remaining contestants competing in Juneau. Wednesday's episode had them cooking at the Governor's Mansion for the show's judges, chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck, and the governor and first lady, Sandy Parnell.
The governor says he was pleased with how the "beauty and majesty of Alaska was showcased."
The episode on which Parnell appeared had the contestants competing on a glacier and showed sweeping mountain views. Parnell says he thinks the crew showed Alaska in a positive way.
