Actor Alec Baldwin returned to "Saturday Night Live" for his second appearance as President Trump this season.

He began the show with a cold open spoofing Trump's speech on tax reform in Harrisburg, Pa., this past week.

The skit covered a number of topics that ironically were not tax reform-related, including the federal effort to provide relief to hurricane-hit Puerto Rico, Vice President Mike Pence leaving an Indianapolis Colts game after players knelt during the national anthem, and political correctness in the holiday season.

"SNL" also reimagined Pennywise the demonic clown from the film adaption of Stephen King's It as White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.
