All five living former U.S. presidents will attend a hurricane relief concert at Texas A&M University later this month.
Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Jimmy Carter will join music performers at a relief concert hosted by the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library. All proceeds will go toward the recovery fundraising effort started by the five former presidents earlier this month, named One America Appeal.
The Oct. 21 concert will feature many performers such as Alabama, The Gatlin Brothers, Lyle Lovett, and Cassadee Pope.
"It's important that those affected by these devastating storms know that, even if the path to recovery feels like a road that goes on forever, we're with them for the long haul," George H.W. Bush said in a statement.
The One America Appeal effort was originally created to assist victims of Hurricane Harvey, but has since been expanded to help victims of Hurricanes Irma and Maria as well.
