Video: Nine times Lois Lerner took the Fifth in the House Oversight Committee

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., questioned former Internal Revenue Agency official Lois Lerner on Wednesday about her role in handling Tea Party groups' nonprofit status applications.

In more than 20 minutes of testimony, Lerner refused to answer Issa's questions on nine different occasions, asserting her rights under the Fifth Amendment.
