A feud between Donald Trump and Glenn Beck escalated Saturday when the conservative media mogul tweeted a picture that suggests the New York billionaire voted for Barack Obama in the 2012 election.

Beck's tweet reiterated comments he made on his nationally syndicated radio show Friday night.

"He voted for Obama in '08, come on Bill," Beck said in response to Fox News host Bill O'Reilly defending Trump, who is ranked second in the Washington Examiner's presidential power rankings.

Trump struck back while on the campaign trail in New Hampshire on Saturday.

"This dopey guy, Glenn Beck, he looks like hell. No, he's like a dope. And I've watched him cry on television all the time. He's doing very badly. His thing is falling apart. His company is falling apart," Trump told supporters.

Trump said he raised money for Sen. John McCain in 2008 and voted for the Arizona Republican.

The alleged 2012 Trump tweet Beck cited has circulated since December but dismissed as fake.

An investigation by National Review last year did find Trump was a registered Democrat from 2001 to 2009, but that means he would have left the party three years before the 2012 election.
