A former Republican vice president will introduce the current second man in his position at the Republican Jewish Coalition in Las Vegas at the end of this week.

Dick Cheney will take the stage before Mike Pence is slated to speak at the organization's annual meeting at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas this Friday evening, according to RJC spokesman Fred Brown.

A number of wealthy business people are expected to attend the three-day meeting, including Venetian owner Sheldon Adelson. Cheney's lawmaker daughter, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney; Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina; and the National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman Cory Gardner will also attend.

Steve Wynn, a Las Vegas billionaire who has recently stepped in as the Republican National Committee's finance director, is expected to stop by Adelson's Thursday evening get-together.

The annual gathering comes after President Trump was accused by some of being anti-Semitic. Trump, whose son-in-law Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka are both Jewish and top White House advisers, has dismissed the charges and repeatedly pledged support to the Jewish community despite not mentioning Jews in his Holocaust Memorial Day statement.
