The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will review a judicial decision that could have hurt federal subsidies for health insurance under Obamacare.

The en banc review of Halbig v. Burwell is likely a good sign for the Obama administration, which argued that the July 22 decision by two federal judges would have undermined the framework of the law by barring subsidies for people in many states.

Now the D.C. circuit has vacated the original decision and granted en banc — meaning all of the judges in the liberal-leaning circuit will rehear the case.
