The Department of Health and Human Services has announced the "early bird winner" prize in its Healthy Young America contest with a video promoting Obamacare.

Massachusetts college student Jason Girouard won $1,500 for this video of him dressing up in a bad superhero costume to promote President Obama's unpopular health care program.

"Young people need health insurance," the costumed Girouard announces after falling on the ground and breaking his arm. "Because even though we feel invincible, doesn't mean we are."

HHS is awarding $30,000 in prizes for contestants in the video contest. The final deadline for the contest is Sept. 23.
