Ezra Klein is pretty upset about the Democratic-led bill to save the airline industry from the sequester fight budgetary pain.

Not only did he write a pretty bleak blog post on the issue, he went on MSNBC to talk about it.

“This was the day, and I just think it should be said clearly, the Democrats lost the sequester, that it became permanent,” Klein said. “Because if they’re just going to go through this and every time a politically powerful constituency is hurt they will go and singularly take that constituency out of play.”
