A fire occurred at a Fairfax County high school Saturday morning, officials said.

About 10:25 a.m. Saturday, firefighters went to George C. Marshall High School, located at 7731 Leesburg Pike in the Dunn Loring area. Firefighters saw smoke coming from the school when they arrived at the scene, and they brought the fire under control in about 10 minutes, Fairfax County Fire and Rescue officials said.

Five people working in the school were treated at the scene. Officials estimated damage at $20,000, and the cause of the fire is undetermined.

The school will be open Monday on schedule, officials said.
