A former Republican senator claims President Trump "has a personality disorder" amid the president's war of words with several GOP lawmakers.
"We have a leader who has a personality disorder," Tom Coburn said in an interview with the New York Times.
Coburn, however, said that Trump's base will continue to stick with him because they like what he's doing.
"He's done what he actually told the people he was going to do and they're not going to abandon him," said Coburn, who served as Oklahoma's senator from 2005-2015.
Coburn's comments fall in line with Sen. Bob Corker's recent rebukes of Trump.
Corker most recently accused Trump of not rising to the "occasion as president."
Sen. Jeff Flake took to the Senate floor on Tuesday to deliver a scathing speech against Trump.
