Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton had one word for what she called Senate Republicans' refusal to act on gun violence.

"Enough," Clinton wrote in a campaign e-mail to the press late Monday.

The short message was followed with the names and ages of the 49 victims in the Orlando nightclub shooting last weekend.

The Senate voted Monday evening on four amendments that would have strengthened gun control laws, though the ones proposed by Democratic lawmakers were stronger than the Republicans' proposals.
