Is House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi wearing the mantle of a leading American eugenicist?
America's dominant abortion provider thinks so:
Planned Parenthood Federation of America announced today that House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi will deliver remarks at the organization’s Annual Gala in Washington, DC, on March 27. Planned Parenthood is awarding Leader Pelosi the Margaret Sanger Award, the organization’s highest honor, in recognition of her leadership, excellence, and outstanding contributions to the reproductive health and rights movement over the course of her career.
Margaret Sanger, in addition to being the founder of the abortion provider and lobby group Planned Parenthood, was a leading advocate of eugenics. Some highlights of her thought on the needy:
“I personally believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded”
“No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.”
"The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it."
“The greatest sin in the world is bringing children into the world that have disease from their parents”
A parting note, from Planned Parenthood President and Obama booster Cecile Richards, today:
"No one is more deserving of this honor than Leader Pelosi."
