Tabloid speculation has been running rampant as of late and now, one of the most anticipated babies in history is officially on the way.

Prince William and his bride, Kate Middleton, are expecting their first child, St. James' Palace announced.

The pregnancy news has brought congratulations from all around the world -- the hashtag #royalbaby has even been trending globally on Twitter.

The couple's baby will immediately become the third in line for the throne, knocking Prince Harry to fourth. The U.K.'s historic 2011 constitutional change giving a firstborn girl the right the succeed the throne over her younger brother could come in to play for the first time. (Queen Elizabeth II took the throne in 1953 because she didn't have any brothers.)

The palace didn't say how far along Kate was in her pregnancy, only saying she was not yet 12 weeks. They did, however, announce she is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a potentially dangerous type of morning sickness. She is expected to remain hospitalized for several days .

"It's not unusual for pregnant women to get morning sickness, but when it gets to the point where you're dehydrated, losing weight or vomiting so much you begin to build up [toxic] products in your blood, that's a concern," the director of maternal fetal medicine at Brookdale University told the Associated Press.

William's mother, Princess Diana, also reportedly suffered from morning sickness.

According to Us Weekly, as the pregnancy progresses, the royal parents-to-be plan to relocate from their Welsh cottage to Apartment 1A of Kensington Palace, a four-story, 20-room flat currently in the midst of a massive renovation. According to a source, the couple want to raise their baby in a more "secure environment."

Star-studded engagement bash thrown for Jen, Justin

Could this mean the wedding will be happening in the near future?

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux thew an engagement party at their Beverly Hills, Calif., home Sunday night with family and a slew of A-list pals.

According to the Huffington Post, some of the 50 or so guests included Demi Moore, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi, Ben Stiller, Tobey Maguire and Lake Bell.

Jen announced her engagement in August after Justin popped the question on his 41st birthday.

A source told E! News the party started around 6 p.m. and lasted until midnight. "People were very casual, dressed casual, and came with presents," a source added.

If this party is any indication, Jen's wedding to Justin will be nothing like her posh $1 million ceremony with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Having a bad year

It's been a rollercoaster ride of arrests, car accidents and film flops for Lindsay Lohan lately. And now, the "Liz & Dick" star can add IRS seizure to the adventure.

According to TMZ, LiLo owes $233,904 in unpaid federal taxes for 2009 and 2010. Charlie Sheen gave the struggling starlet a cool $100k to help, but the federal agency is going to need tax payment from 2011 as well.

Now, in order to settle her debt, all of her bank accounts have been seized after she was given ample time to pay her debt.

According to the gossip site, Lindsay is in full-on panic mode and is desperate to get her hands on some cash.

She's due in court Dec. 12 for an arraignment related to her June car crash and could be charged with probation violation stemming from her 2011 necklace theft.

If so, she could face up to 245 days in jail, plus additional jail time for the car crash.

Get well soon

Brooke Burke-Charvet is set to undergo a thyroidectomy this week.

The "Dancing With the Stars" co-host announced that a tiny nodule on her thyroid was spotted during a routine physical earlier this year. An initial biopsy was inconclusive, but follow-up tests revealed the lump was cancerous.

She thanked her fans for their support and well-wishes on her Facebook page, but didn't go into detail about the procedure.

"What a crazy time, but I am surrounded with love and support and that really makes a world of difference."

At least they won

Perhaps this sports fan needs to take it down a notch.

Passionate Cincinnati Bengals fan Nick Lachey was removed from his team's game against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.

"Just got kicked out of the Chargers stadium and couldn't be prouder! Go Cincy Bengals!" he tweeted. "I'd talk trash to everyone in SD, but what's the point? you already had me kicked out of the stadium and you still lost."

Nick clarified on Monday that he wasn't kicked out because of his actions, but his reactions.

"For the record, I was not kicked out of the Chargers game for excessive 'trash talking.' No, that honor belonged to the guy in front of me!" Nick tweeted. "I simply don't appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. Call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction."
