Former first daughter Jenna Bush Hager shared her "fiesta-themed" baby shower photos on Thursday with Southern Living magazine, including shots of iced flower cookie party favors and "confetti eggs," as well as the present her father, former President George W. Bush, gave her: His original painting of her cat Bernadette.

The photo collection might look Pinterest-ready, but Hager has already admitted the shower didn't go without a hitch. The first-time mom told the "Today" show last month that she went into labor -- three weeks early -- while opening gifts at the event.

"I kind of started sweating, which I guess is a normal thing, but then, all of a sudden, in front of all of my friends, my water broke," she said. "It was like a romantic comedy."

Hager is not only a new mom, editor-at-large for Southern Living and a NBC News correspondent, this week she also launched a new website for "southern girls" called the Novo Project.

"Growing up in Texas, I love the vibrancy of the Mexican culture," she explained her baby shower theme in a blog post on Thursday. She also mentioned that guests' party-game suggestions for baby names included Henry, Henretta, Augustus, George, Georgia and Georgina. Hager ultimately named the baby, born April 13, Margaret Laura "Mila" Hager.
