With the amount of big-ticket invites coming out of the world of politics this year, there was some pretty hefty competition when it came to who held the best fundraiser. But on Monday, the Sunlight Foundation's Party Time blog, which tracks party invites, crowned a king: Montana Sen. Jon Tester. Tester, who counts Pearl Jam's bassist Jeff Ament as one of his buddies, held a "Best Seats in the World" competition in September. Those seats were two recliners onstage with Pearl Jam. And for a donation of only $10, the winners snagged those sweet seats, hotel and airfare and VIP treatment.

Sunlight's final analysis also nicknamed D.C. the "District of Cash" for being the city that hosted the largest number of political fundraisers. Additionally, Johnny's Half Shell and Charlie Palmer Steak topped the list of District-based party venues.
