A federal judge on Monday rejected Green Party candidate Jill Stein's call for a recount of the November presidential election in Pennsylvania.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania Judge Paul Diamond issued a blistering opinion, saying that suspicion of a hacked election "borders on the irrational."

Stein finished fourth in Pennsylvania behind President-elect Trump, who defeated Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton by about 44,000 votes out of the 6 million ballots approximately cast.
