Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius explained to reporters in Texas on Friday that her department had decided to wait to launch the Spanish version of the Obamacare website until they were sure that it would work correctly.

Sebelious said that was "not up and running yet because what we don't want to do is bring people into a site that doesn't function well."

Sebelius said that the site would be "up and running" in about two weeks but reminded Texans that they could call the Obamacare bilingual call centers in the meantime.

“I know that Texans love football, and in football terminology, we’re early in the first quarter,” she said.
