Kimberly Guilfoyle, co-host of "The Five" on Fox News said that President Trump called her Thursday morning to ask her advice before he announced his decision to pull out of the Paris climate agreement.

"I think he did the brave and courageous thing, and in fact, I told him that this morning at 8 a.m. when he called," the Fox News host told her colleagues Thursday evening.

When Guilfoyle's co-hosts asked her why the president called her, she said he called to discuss a number of issues including climate change, taxes and "The Five."

Rumors recently arose that Guilfoyle, a former attorney, may be in the running to replace White House press secretary Sean Spicer. She told Mercury News in San Jose, Calif., that the possibility of her taking a press position in the White House is something that has been "raised by a number of people."
