Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., said Wednesday that he wouldn't trust Russia to provide notes of the controversial meeting that took place between Russian officials and President Trump last week.
"I wouldn't put much credibility into whatever [Vladimir] Putin's notes are, and if it comes in an email, I wouldn't click on the attachment, that's for sure," he said on Fox News.
Russia has said it has a record of what Trump told Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Republicans and Democrats alike are demanding details of that meeting after a press report that Trump divulged classified information there.
Another report late Tuesday said Trump pressed former FBI Director James Comey to drop his probe into former national security adviser Mike Flynn.
