First lady Melania Trump arrived in Florida on Thursday after canceling her scheduled trip to Davos, Switzerland.
A law enforcement source confirmed to CNN that Trump had arrived in West Palm Beach, Fla., where the president’s Mar-a-Lago club is located.
Trump had planned to travel to Davos with the president, but pulled out of the trip last minute, citing scheduling conflicts.
Thursday morning she toured the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., in honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Saturday.
Trump has made few appearances in recent weeks after reports surfaced that President Trump had an affair with adult film star Stormy Daniels a year after the two were married, and paid hush money to Daniels just weeks before the presidential election.
President Trump has denied the affair happened, and the first lady has yet to comment on the reports.
The couple also did not publicly mark their 13th wedding anniversary on Monday. The East Wing did not respond to multiple requests for comment on how the Trumps celebrated.
Trump's spokeswoman did not immediately respond to the Washington Examiner's request for comment as to why the first lady traveled to Florida.
