Well, it's that time of the year again, folks. It's time for the members of the Montana State Society to throw their annual celebration of their regional delicacy -- Rocky Mountain oysters, otherwise known as bull calf testicles. This Saturday, the group is hosting its ninth annual Testicle Festival, this year dubbed the "Royal Ball," at the Arlington American Legion. Chef Frank McGraw is being imported from the Rock Creek Lodge in western Montana to prepare the treats, which are traditionally coated in flour and deep-fried. Tickets cost $25 online or $30 at the door and include all-you-can-eat Rocky Mountain oysters, along with all-you-can-drink beer and Crown Royal whisky. Doors to the event open at 6 p.m. Guests must be 21; the first 200 will receive a free T-shirt.
