The country is still buzzing this morning following a decision by the Supreme Court that has been labeled as a major blow to the Affordable Care Act.

Hobby Lobby was victorious in its pursuit to stop a mandate that would require companies to provide contraceptive care to its employees. Hobby Lobby argued that for religious reasons it should be exempt from the mandate. The court ruled in favor of the retail giant, 5-4.

General Motors has issued a recall for an additional seven million vehicles for safety issues. The recall affects cars dating back to 1999 and brings the number of recalls for the auto giant to 28 million for this year alone.

President Obama will deliver remarks at the Georgetown Waterfront in the District today on the economy. The president last spoke on the issue last week while in Minnesota.
