President Obama will meet with Texas Gov. Rick Perry today to discuss the ongoing crisis at the U.S. southern border. Obama had planned to visit the Lone Star State for fundraisers and a speech on the economy, but will now focus much of his attention on the recent increase in unaccompanied minors crossing the border. Perry requested the meeting last week during a field hearing on immigration.
