United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley shot down any interest in moving to secretary of state if incumbent Rex Tillerson is ousted.

“I know that I am valuable here at the U.N.,” she said on "Fox News Sunday." “I think I am effective and I try to do the best I can for the president and the American people.”

Tillerson has been the subject of rumors that President Trump will force him out and replace him with CIA director and Trump ally Mike Pompeo.

Host Chris Wallace pressed if Haley would never take the job even if Tillerson leaves.

“I would not take it,” she responded. “I am perfectly happy in New York in trying to be as effective as I can.”
