President Obama started off his birthday celebration a little early, embarking on a round of golf Saturday morning with three longtime friends.

Obama is playing with Mike Ramos, Bobby Titcomb and Greg Orme. The three men are high school friends of Obama and have come in town for birthday celebrations before.

Obama's birthday isn't until Aug. 4, but he will be partying this weekend. After golf, Obama and his friends will to Camp David to celebrate the upcoming 55th birthday, according to CBS news correspondent Mark Knoller, who tweeted out the news. It's unclear who else might join them there. In the past, Obama has celebrated with a variety of celebrities, including major sports figures.

It will be Obama's first visit to Camp David since his birthday weekend last year, Knoller noted.
