During his speech this afternoon, President Obama lectured a Code Pink protester for interrupting his foreign policy speech.

The protester interrupted during Obama's remarks about Guantanamo Bay.

"Let me finish, ma'am," Obama said, but the protester refused to be silent.

"I'm about to address it ma'am, but you got to let me speak," he added. "I'm about to address it. Let me address it. Why don't you let me address it, ma'am."

The protester continued shouting, prompting Obama to ask the woman to sit down.

"Why don't you sit down, and I will tell you exactly what I'm going to do," he said. "Thank you. You should let me finish my sentence."

The protester refused to be silent, causing Obama to address her again.

"This is part of free speech is you being able to speak but also you listening," he said. "And me being able to speak. All right?”
