President Obama showed off his athletic side Thursday while attending the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington.

After the event, Obama walked over to Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry, a running back from the University of Alabama. The two spoke for a moment before Obama struck a classic rushing pose with the 21-year-old.

Thursday was a sports-filled day for the president, who also welcomed last season's NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors, to the White House.

The president is an avid sports fan and has contemplated buying a pro sports team after his second term, saying in November that was more his style than sitting on the Supreme Court.
