What hope? He and Bill should have a debate contest to see who throws out the most BS. Obama took away the hope for Chicago and he is trying to take away American's hope. He can try and think he will control what we do and who we are but he is very wrong. He will never control the American Spirit and he has no idea what that is.

The sad part of the used method for reporting the unemployed is that those who have exhausted their benefits are no longer included into the Gov's equation. A strategy that often paints a much rosier picture than the facts and it allows Government to make economic claims that are more propaganda then truth.
