Costello croons with Creative Coalition

12/02/08 4:05 AM EST

Amidst all of the party planning for Barack Obama's inauguration, add one more: Elvis Costello will headline the Creative Coalition's Inaugural Ball on January 20, to be held at the Harman Center for the Arts.

But the English singer and songwriter won't be alone: The Creative Coalition -- as it has become famous for -- is bringing a strong roster of A-Listers to town for the occasion. Among them: Spike Lee, Anne Hathaway, Tim Robbins, Kerry Washington, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Josh Lucas, Rachael Leigh Cook, Susan Sarandon and Tim Daly.

Those not willing to wait until January for celeb sightings around town may have spotted several "wrestlers" from World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. around town yesterday. The gang was in town for a WWE RAW/ECW match at the Verizon Center Monday night, but next on the agenda was a trip to Andrews Air Force Base, where many will take off for to Iraq to perform for the troops.
