'Nique drops in on PhRMA

NBA legend Dominique Wilkins stopped by the PhRMA offices on Thursday to tape an episode of the drug-industry association's TV show, "Sharing Miracles," in which celebs discuss their battles with illness. Wilkins talked about his diabetes. Wilkins also dined at the District Chophouse with the organization's Ken Johnson. A source at PhRMA called him "ridiculously charming."

Also spotted:

-Waldorf, Maryland's own Benji and Joel Madden, of pop-punk band Good Charlotte, at the Capital Hilton on Wednesday.

-And National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Pete Sessions, jaywalking against a "Don't Walk" signal Thursday afternoon in front of Union Station, as a cabbie blasted his horn at him.
