Good! Holder has no respect for the Constitution, like many Dems and Reps, and he should not be appointed to head the Justice department. Each Attorney General swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States yet so many of them seem to fail miserably at doing so.

Opining???? I've watched him many times and he has NEVER opined. In fact, he's always been upbeat, positive and refused to get into the "opining" vein of conversation. Why is it that Obama is PACKING his staff with Clinton and Obama CRONIES, yet not a peep of cronyism? So Cheney becomes Vice President after being a director at Halliburton and Halliburton gets a bidless contract in Iraq (because they're the only company that comes close to being big enough to do the job) and we never hear the end of it, ad nauseum, yet this AG candidate helped pardon KNOWN criminals and it's ok? Richard Armitage leaked Plames name, not Libby. Fitzgerald knew that the first day of his investigation, and he kept digging, putting a reporter in jail, and convicting Libby of a bad memory. If any of you BDS kool-aid drinkers think he would not have loved to put Rove in jail, your nuttier then I thought. Rove is not the one to be worried about coming indictments. If Fitzgerald investigates and prosecutes this with the same zeal as he did the Plame investigation, the corriders of power in Chicago will be empty enough for roller-bladers.

When one is wrong, one should own it. I was wrong in assuming that the word "opining" had a negative connotation. I've always thought it meant "complaining". However, one very nice person read my comment on this site and corrected my understanding - quite politely, I might add. I am grateful to that person b/c I don't like being wrong.
