FEMA says it can't show return on $29 billion in spending

Federal Emergency Management Agency deputy administrator Timothy Manning told a congressional panel today that his organization had spent $5 million during the last 18 months reviewing how it spent $29 billion since 2002, but still doesn't know what it got for the money.

Testifying before the House Homeland Security Emergency Communications subcommittee, Manning said he is confident the $29 billion was well-spent but "existing data tells us very little about the return on investment."

In response, subcommittee chairman Rep. Henry Ceullar, D-TX said: "Free advice: For $5 million, I think we can do better," according to Congress Daily's Terry Kivlan.

These con-artists in D.C. need to go. Now with Obama in office the theft increases to even more epic proportions. He is purposely destroying America and I fear we may very well be on the way to a real revolution. Reminds me of that online game from DrudgeReport called '2011 Obama's Coup Fails'. Google that and read the storyline telling of reality and how Obama is literally filling all posts with America-haters like Sunstein, Bloom, Lloyd at the FCC - even the White House communications director Anita Dunn says Mao (the man who killed 50 million people) is her favorite philosopher. Everyone reading this beware. Something looking more and more like evil is coming our way and it is starting in the White House. Even video games like the one I mentioned above tell of it with videos of these people in it. Google 2011 Obama's Coup Fails to see what I mean. Pray that this is all one cruel joke on America.
