The 2007 picture provided by the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences shows Nidal Malik Hasan when he entered the program for his Disaster and Military Psychiatry Fellowship. Authorities said he went on the killing spree at Fort Hood, Texas which left 13 people dead. (AP Photo/Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences)

The words of Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a few hours before authorities say he opened fire on fellow soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas, killing 13 and wounding 29. The Washington Post reports Hasan made the statement to a neighbor in his apartment building on the morning of the killings. Hasan reportedly told the woman he was leaving for Afghanistan soon, when in fact he was headed, heavily armed, to Ft. Hood. As a parting gift, he gave her a copy of the Koran.

Hasan reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar!" before he began shooting, wrote Internet postings justifying Muslim suicide bombings, considered U.S. forces the enemy, and opposed American involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan as wars on Islam. And now we know he told his neighbor he was going "to do good work for God."

On Friday, President Obama cautioned the public "against jumping to conclusions" about the killings. In his weekly address Saturday, the president declared that "we cannot fully know" Hasan's motives, and instead used the address on the killings to celebrate diversity in the United States armed forces.

The libs in this country are going to bury their heads in the sand on this issue until someone comes along and cuts said heads off. Either that or its going to take having one of THEIR favorites being killed for them to wake up. Then they'll blame Bush for being lazy on the issue.

So "we cannot fully know" this man's motives when he's practically screaming them from the top of his lungs but we can have hate crimes legislation that will determine the motives of people in this exactly this kind of situation? How absurd.

It's so depressing.

Pelosi and the Congress didn't even care at all. It's business as usual for them:

RAMMING PELOSICARE UP OUR THROATS.

[Pelosi is technically making a Jihad against all Americans and she and her Catholic Bishops think that they're doing God's works.]

I'm sorry but in his internet post, he doesn't even equate between a soldier's noble sacrifice and a suicide bomber. Also, Washington Post isn't reporting that, just one of those writing comments on the online page. Finally, he told the woman he was going to Afganistan to do God's work. Which is synonymous with what a person who volunteered to serve for the US army would say, who according to acquaintances, he "wanted to do something for American after 9/11"....

Reports say he was filling out paperwork when he suddenly stood up and started shooting.

Islam is not a religion, it is a mental illness.

Nov 8, 2009

Vondutch, you are correct in stating that Islam is not a religion but is a mental illness. Allah is a figment of their imagination but that imagination makes them a very dangerous and vicious enemy to the rest of us in the world. There is only one God and that is the God of the Christians and the Jews.

"Reports say he was filling out paperwork when he suddenly stood up and started shooting." --a nameless post says. The shooting was not intentional, it's just this poor fellow suddenly snapped when he was doing the business as usual. I'm curious to know what's this innocent man doing with well-packed guns, in the base where you're not allowed to carry arms?

When will this country wake-up & deport these scumbags? How many more people have to die?

Death to islam!

Islam is a complicated subject... On the one hand I believe that Allah could be a caring and loving God, but then on the other hand you have that go between Mohammad. I believe he's the one that twisted Islam into the demented belief that it has become. That man was crazy as a loon and he did then exactly what OBL is doing today. At any rate. it IS a faith that's hostile to American values and needs to be purged from our shores! 'Nuff said...

It is so telling of this president that "we should not jump to conclusions" regarding this incident yet on national television he called the incident with professor gates "stupid." He sure jumped to a conclusion there with no facts whatsoever...very telling. It is what you get when you elect a "rookie."

It is good that I don't always have to check with the papers in England to get to the truth about this terrorist. Our political correctness is out of contraol. Thanks

It is pathetic - but considering his middle name is of Muslim origin - why should we be surprised. We can only hope that justice will be done - this act of Jihad...will be fully vetted...and measures put in place to prevent an atmosphere of political correctness from inhibiting proactive intervention...which means active intelligence gathering on potential Jihadists...no matter where they are hiding. Yes...you PC nuts...we must see reality for what it is....These Muslim's want you dead....Now if you choose to die for your love of political correctness...then please volunteer to be in the next Jihadist's cross-hairs...but I and most Americans would rather put them out of action before they have a chance to kill again.

By all means let's begin seeking excuses for this muslim terrorist and try to explain away what he was doing and why he was doing it! A sane society would look at the facts and begin removing muslims from the military for their own protection if not for ours. To see the insanity at work here, imagine if during WWII nazis were allowed to enlist in our military and we then acted amazed when they performed acts of sabotage, murdered our troops and we then found excuses to enlist more of them!

Wow, some of the comments made here really do scare me. Before we bring up the lynch mobs and start an inquisition, let's look at the whole situation:
-Yes, this guy showed obvious signs that he was an extremist Islamist.
-Yes, he did try to justify suicide bombers and killers in the name of Islam
-No, not all preachers of Islam are guilty
-Yes, this guy probably suffers from a cocial disorder, probably being a sociopath or extreme narcissm.
-Yes, I think it's awesome that a woman brought him down.
-No I don't think all members of a religion or cultural group are to blame for the actions of one off-hinged member. I don't blame all Italians for the horrors of the Roman Empire, I don't blame all Christians for the Crusades or the horrors of the Reformation, and I certainly don't want people blaming me because of the actions of the IRA (I'm Irish).

We all need to calm down, this is one crazy fish out of a much bigger pond.

Obama, "We cannot fully know the shooters motives."

Lucky for us he lived mister president. Know he can tell us in his own words why he did it. Will we then dismiss his intend for action when it comes from the horses mouth?

VenturaCapitalist

Nov 9, 2009

Hey, Patriot Vet, what he tells us depends on how Katie Couric phrases the questions. We certainly won't want to have any, you know, authoritarian figure like the FBI talk to him... that might hurt his self esteem.

Let's not forget the UNBORN baby that was also murdered in this TERRORIST Attack! Also in which the MSM and the Current President isnt mentioning. This indeed was a terrorist attack. and what a perfect place to carry it out, at a military base. This man planned this, and it is evident by the weapons he used. Dems need to stop the denial, all because they dont want it to reflect on nobama's stance on war on terror or his muslim heritage. Wake up..ATTACK occured on Obama's watch..just as predicted. Stop Ignoring it!

"hello,
This is about online payment. There is a massive change underway in the mobile media market as it becomes unshackled from the operators’ portals that have dominated it for a decade, all without having made any significant inroads into the content use of mobile users. The new capped data packages, fuelled by further competition, will see a total revamp of the mobile media market. It will no longer be based on portals but on direct services by content and services providers via open source phones and mobile-friendly Internet-based services. The next step is the continued emergence of m-commerce and in particular m-payment services.
