Jeremiah Wright: He's Baaack!

Halloween may be behind us, but the Reverend Jeremiah Wright is one political zombie that keeps rising from the dead to haunt President Obama. Video has just surfaced of of Wright speaking in September at the sixtieth anniversary gala of Monthly Review, a socialist publication. In his remarks, Wright bragged of his support of communists in Central America and the Libyan government. He further praised Monthly Review saying, "You dispel all the negative images we have been programmed to conjure up with just the mention of that word socialism or Marxism" and referred to America as "the land of greed and home of the slave."

Also noteworthy is the fact that Wright was introduced at the event by Robert W. McChesney, co-founder of Free Press, an organization that conservative critics such as Glenn Beck have singled out for its radicalism and ties to the Obama administration. In a article for Monthly Review, McChesney once wrote, "Our job is to make media reform part of our broader struggle for democracy, social justice, and, dare we say it, socialism."

Wright is an absolute screwball. Now, it's hard to imagine anyone voting for someone who went out of their way to listen to that screwball for twenty years. 2010 can't come soon enough!

Hey, here's a hint, don't give this guy attention, he'll just go away. It's not like Hitler or Jim Jones who are hurting and killing people who cannot be ignored. Wright is a court jester, intended to infuriate us with senseless dribble. Ignore him and he'll go away.

I have to admire Reverend Wright for being bold and honest. He is actually the image of what the Obamas are really like.
