So that's how it's done: Arm-twisting in Congress

What do Republicans in Congress do at their lunch meetings? Well, at least one such gathering got a shocking video that reveals for the first time ever the heretofore secret tactics used by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and Democratic Whip Jim Clyburn in their arm-twisting for votes in favor of Obamacare. See if you can identify those tactics in the video below:
