To view a video about Contemporary Watercrafters, the Maryland pool supply store that was sued when a federally-protected goose startled a passerby, visit http://www.facesoflawsuitabuse.org/stories/story.asp?s=48921 Faces of Lawsuit Abuse is a nationwide public awareness campaign designed to show that frivolous lawsuits affect real people in very real ways. Funny that Guiliani was interviewed for this article considering he was deeply involved in NYC's frivolous and baseless lawsuits against gun dealers around the nation. Some simply closed up shop rather than fight, because they couldn't afford to fight to the end. The ones that stuck it out did eventually win, though at a high cost. I wonder if Guiliani thinks those shops should be reimbursed by NYC for their legal fees?
