The second day of the United Nations General Assembly begins at 9 a.m.
The theme of this year’s assembly is “Rebuilding trust and reigniting global solidarity: Accelerating action on the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals towards peace, prosperity, progress and sustainability for all,” according to PBS News.

The topics to be discussed on the second day, much like the first, will focus on climate change, income inequality, the war in Ukraine, public health, and geopolitical instability.
