Cosby, Matthews break bread at Tosca

That was Bill Cosby dining at Ristorante Tosca on Saturday night, along with "Hardball" host Chris Matthews. The pair enjoyed rockfish, porcini mushroom risotto, Red Cow parmesan cheese and salsa verde.

It's a crapshoot whether or not to dine
with Chris Matthews. He sprays a lot
when he gets animated....a classic way
to spread germs while you spread Dem-
