Sign here: No promises 'Real World' is STD-free

Full disclosure: If you plan to partake in any event with D.C.'s "Real World" cast, their producers can't guarantee that you will come out STD-free.

RW Productions, contracted by MTV, required contestants of the "Put Your Best Foot Forward" date auction Wednesday night to sign a waiver that went beyond the typical television appearance disclosure. One contestant leaked the document to Yeas & Nays when a fifth clause caught her off guard:

"IF I CHOOSE TO ENGAGE IN CONSENSUAL SEXUAL BEHAVIOR OR INTIMATE CONTACT WITH ANY SUCH PERSON I DO SO VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY AND I ASSUME THE RISK THAT BY ENGAGING IN SUCH ACTIVITY I MAY CONTRACT CERTAIN SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES. PRODUCER MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT ANY SUCH PERSON IS STD FREE."

Furthermore, the sixth clause bans performances from union actors on their "reality" show. (Click here to see the full waiver.)

"Real World" rocker, actor and artist Josh Colon made an appearance at Midtown Loft to support Put Your Best Foot Forward -- a charity that provides disadvantaged people with tools for employment -- and its founder Joshua Kriger.

The tattooed stud started the night off awkwardly with production lights and cameras that left attendees scrambling to the opposite end of the venue as Colon sat alone. One event coordinator actually shouted over the microphone, "Please make your way to the front of the bar," where cameras had scared off those with a political career in mind.

Some participants possessed quirky and actually impressive talents, but Colon stole the show with his striptease. At $175, Colon had earned the second highest bid (outbid only by $10 dollars by a contestant who could both moonwalk and handstand.)

Colon promised his date a night at Tattoo Bar for bottle service, after the auction event. Fellow "Real World"-er Ty Ruff joined Colon for a night of 1980s rock where they drank Grey Goose and rubbed up against the bidder and her friends.
