While President Obama is suffering from a new low in his job approval ratings, one former president is enjoying sky-high approval ratings: Bill Clinton.

According to a new WSJ/NBC poll, the former president is now tied with Pope Francis with a 55-percent approval rating.

The popular pope's negatives, however, are only 7 percent, which pushes him above Clinton — who has a 24-percent negative rating.

His wife, Hillary Clinton, however suffers a 44-percent approval rating -- edging toward's President Obama's new low at 41 percent. Hillary's unfavorables are at 34 percent.

New Jersey Republican Gov. Chris Christie also gets depressingly low ratings with 17 percent positive and 32 percent negative.

Five percent of those polled actually gave Russian President Vladimir Putin a positive rating, while 63 percent responded negatively.
