President Trump approval rating hit an all-time low at the end of July, as a new polls said just 33 percent of voters approved of him, and 61 percent said they disapproved.

"This is President Trump's lowest approval and highest disapproval number since he was inaugurated," Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday said.

And the end of June, 40 percent of people asked said they approved of Trump, and 55 percent said they disapproved.

The poll also found that 71 percent of voters said they thought Trump is not levelheaded, compared to 26 percent who said he is levelheaded. That's the lowest Trump has scored since he took office.

Majorities of voters asked also think Trump is not honest, does not have leadership skills, does not care about average people, and is not an intelligent or strong person.

Fifty-four percent of voters also said that they were embarrassed rather than proud to have Trump as president.

Quinnipiac University polled 1,125 U.S. voters by telephone from July 27 to August 1. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.4.
