On ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, conservative commentator S.E. Cupp pointed out that Obamacare would continue to damage the Democrats' political agenda in the upcoming 2014 elections.

Citing the widely discussed Congressional Budget Office report that estimated a decline in workforce participation as a result of Obamacare, Cupp pointed out that Americans would soon see through the Obama administration's efforts to spin the bad report.

"We have a lot of things to talk about on Obamacare. But on this particular issue, what has never been controversial in the past is that disincentivizing work is bad economically and culturally and socially," she said.

"To develop welfare programs that disincentivize — work the least because disincentivizing work has always been a bad idea."
