Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will hit the presidential campaign trail with Ohio Gov. John Kasich Sunday afternoon.

The March 6 "Battleground Ohio" campaign kickoff rally will feature Schwarzenegger on stage in Columbus with the Buckeye State's governor. The support from the movie star and moderate Republican who governed California from 2003 to 2011 could help Kasich round up support among undecided voters and those supporting his rivals before the state's March 15 primary.

Schwarzenegger has not endorsed Kasich for president but delivered remarks supporting him during an October fundraiser.

He has been tapped to replace Donald Trump as the host of NBC reality show "Celebrity Apprentice."
