Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer will make his late-night television debut on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" next Wednesday, the pair announced on social media.

"Dear @SeanSpicer - if I promise to look AT the camera this time, will you come to my show next week?" Kimmel tweeted Thursday with an old photograph of the duo in which the comedian is looking in the wrong direction.

Spicer was quick to respond: "It's a deal, does next Wednesday work?"

The TV appearance will be Spicer's first late-night booking since leaving the White House last week.

His performance at the podium as press secretary was a source of material for sketch comedy shows like "Saturday Night Live."

The announcement follows Spicer confirming he would be joining Worldwide Speakers Group, his first post-White House gig.
