Virginia (3-3), the only team left in the ACC without a league loss, has turned its season around by protecting the ball. After committing 10 turnovers in losing their first three, the Cavaliers have had just one turnover and forced nine in winning their last three. This is a good time to catch Georgia Tech (6-1) as it comes off its first win over a top-5 team in 47 years, 28-23, over Virginia Tech. QB Josh Nesbitt (151 carries, 625 yards) and RB Jonathan Dwyer (99 carries, 593 yards) lead the nation's No. 1 rushing attack

Maryland at Duke

Where »  Wallace Wade Stadium, Durham, N.C.

When »  Saturday, 1:30 p.m.

TV »  ESPN360

Radio »  106.7 FM

Which is the worst team in the ACC? In four meetings (2001-04), Maryland coach Ralph Friedgen has not lost to perennial ACC doormat Duke. But the Blue Devils (3-3) are on an uptick behind senior QB Thaddeus Lewis, who went 40-for-50 for 459 yards and five TDs last week as Duke won its first ACC road game in six years, 49-28, at N.C. State. Maryland (2-5) ranks No. 118 (out of 120 teams) in turnover margin.

Wake Forest at Navy

Where »  Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, Annapolis

When »  Saturday, 3:30 p.m.

TV »  CBS College Sports Network

Radio »  630AM

In their homecoming the Mids (5-2) have uncertainty at QB. The nation's leading scorer, Ricky Dobbs (16 TD) will miss the game with a troublesome right knee. Sophomore Kriss Proctor gets the call. Wake (4-3) has no uncertainty at QB with four-year starter Riley Skinner (143-214, 1,776 yards, 15 TD). Wake is coming off a 38-3 loss at Clemson. The Demon Deacons split with the Mids in 2008, Navy winning in Winston-Salem, 24-17.
