FOXSports.com is in the second week of its new broadband program called "Lunch with Benefits."

Every Monday through Friday at 1 p.m. they have a fast-paced half-hour show that you can watch on your computer. By the way, if you miss a show you can access it on demand any time during the week.

Versus names its UFL broadcast crew

Anita Marks will serve as the sideline reporter for the telecasts. She will be joined by Dave Sims, who will handle the play by play, and color commentators Doug Flutie and Kordell Stewart.

The first telecast on Versus will be Thursday, Oct. 8, when the California Redwoods travel to play the Las Vegas Locomotives at 9 p.m.

Here is the schedule:

Monday's "The After Party" » The host is the "NFL insider" Jay Glazer. Guests are the top performers from Sunday's games plus the program has the latest insider news from the fun and always enjoyable Glazer.

Tuesday's "Coach Speak" » Former Ravens coach Brian Billick hosts a round table of NFL coaches that this week included the Redskins' Jim Zorn, Jets' Rex Ryan , Panthers' John Fox and Cowboys' Wade Phillips.

Zorn was very candid talking about the team's offenses. The key, Zorn said, was that his players were giving max effort and that results would be coming.

You can see the entire interview at the Fox Sports Web site.

Wednesday's "The College Experiment" » Hosted by sportscaster/comedian Josh Wolf, the show is a very non-traditional and irreverent look at college football.

Thursday's "Cubed" » The show is called by the folks at FOX: "The Office meets Howard Stern." It is aimed at men ages 25 to 54.

Friday's "Inside Call" » The FOX Sunday crew works on their story lines for "FOX NFL Sunday." It is a behind-the-scenes look at how Howie Long, Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan and Jimmy Johnson go over all the news that the viewers will see on Sunday. You have "FOX NFL Sunday" executive producer Scott Ackerson talking to the FOX gang via webcams.

The program shows how the broadcast team and producer decide what to talk about on Sunday morning.

The "Lunch with Benefits" package of shows on FOXSports.com makes for a tasty treat to go with your lunch break.
