Talkin' Saunders

It's glaringly obvious that Gilbert Arenas will be the single most important factor in how the Washington Wizards do this season. That said, I think Flip Saunders' arrival in Washington and his determination to make an impact has been underrated this summer.

With that in mind, I tackled a bit of what Saunders has indicated will be his persona with the Wizards today in Cheers & Jeers. It's a first step. But there will be tons of layers to this.
