The Deer Hunter

A Pennsylvania man allegedly went deer hunting at a Walmart parking lot.

Forty-year-old Arcangelo Bianco Jr. is charged with reckless endangerment for allegedly shooting a 10-point buck he spotted in a Walmart parking lot in Blairsville, Pa.

"Obviously, we can't have someone running through a Walmart parking lot shooting at a deer," said Jack Lucas, a wildlife conservation officer, told the Indiana Gazette.

Bianco noticed the deer and jumped out of his truck and "began firing multiple rounds at the deer." He was using a handgun.

Bianco chased the deer through the parking lot and across a highway, where he killed the deer. Bianco loaded the deer into his vehicle and took it to a meat processor for butchering.

A KFC employee told Omaha police that he lost six days worth of cash deposits after he went on a drinking spree.

The employee left the restaurant around noon, and spent the next six hours at two Omaha bars, reports the Omaha World-Herald.

At 9 a.m. the next morning, the man called a fellow employee, saying he had just discovered the cash was missing.

The man told police the company deposit bag was left in a sports car he was borrowing and that the doors to the vehicle do not lock.

Community policing

State troopers in New Jersey didn't have to leave their headquarters to make a pot bust, reports the Associated Press.

Police say they caught three men lighting up in a car in the parking lot of the trooper station in Totowa.

Police say they were waiting for another man who was inside the station picking up paperwork for an impounded car. The four men were charged with drug possession.
