It's time for Taylor Swift to start working on her next album.

The songstress, who is notorious for penning tracks based on her ex-boyfriends, has just split with her short-term beau, Conor Kennedy.

The "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" singer, 22, reportedly broke up with Conor, 18, a month ago.

"They quietly parted ways a while ago," an Us Weekly source said. "It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings. They're fine."

The pair were first linked in July when Taylor was spotted at the Kennedy family compound in Hyannis Port, Mass., with the high school senior.

"It's been over a month since they've even seen each other," the source said. "With her promotion for "Red," she has no time off until the end of the year."

"Red," her new album, was released this week and saw record-breaking sales along with much critical acclaim.

Conor, the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy, recently attended the premiere of HBO's documentary "Ethel" solo in NYC.

Let's hope Taylor waits until Conor is out of high school before she starts releasing breakup songs about him (that would just be embarrassing). Although, never say never about Taylor getting back together with one of her exes.

Diddy involved in car accident

According to the Associated Press, Diddy hurt his neck, ribs and collarbone, but was not taken to the hospital after the crash.

The rapper/producer was reportedly a passenger in a Cadillac Escalade when a Lexus sedan made a left turn and collided with it. Diddy's rep said doctors are now treating him, and he is grateful for the outpouring of fan support following the accident.

Last straw for Lindsay's publicist

We probably should have seen this coming.

Amid all of Lindsay Lohan's bad press and tension with her father, Michael, LiLo's longtime publicist, Steve Honig, has quit.

Sources close to Lindsay told TMZ that his decision to quit had nothing to do with the actress, just her dad.
